With Liquiline blast, you’ll get all the intensity and staying power of a liquid with the ease and blendability of a waterproof eyeliner pencil. Use the liner as-is for intense definition or smoke-it-out with the built-in smudger end for a subtle, smoky look.
Step 1Before applying liner, determine your eye shape. If eyes are close-set or round, line only the outer corners. Otherwise, rim the entire upper lid.Step 2Gently pull your eyelid taut at an upward angle. Beginning at the inner corner, draw small, connected dashes along the top lashes. Be sure to stay close to the roots so there is no skin visible between the lashes and the liner.Step 3To make eyes look bigger, extend the liner slightly beyond the outer corners.Step 4Soften the line with the smudger tip.Step 5Finish the look with two coats of mascara.
It goes on smoothly, easy to control, has rich pigment (except the violet. I really want the old violet back), and sharpens easily to a nice point.

I used this item 3 times..I love it. Bought a sharpener today and it broke in half. It is plastic and would not sharpen. Waste of $8

Hello. We're sorry to learn of your experience. It may help to know that we recommend you sharpen this particular liner with the CoverGirl Make-up Masters 3-in-1 Sharpener. We recommend you sharpen these eye pencils and lipliners with the CoverGirl Make-up Masters 3-in-1 Sharpener. Since the barrel surface is smooth, it might be hard for the sharpener blade to engage and start the sharpening process. Keep the eyeliner and the sharpener in a straight line; hold them firmly and twist the eyeliner clockwise. Once you sharpen the eyeliner for the first time, it's just like any other pencil! Hope this helps!
I've used this eyeliner maybe 3 times and I'm unable to use it anymore. It won't sharpen and it doesn't twist up. I know to never waste my money again.

I'm so sorry to hear you've had trouble with this Eyeliner. This pencil is not self sharpening. You will need to use a pencil sharpener. Since the barrel surface is smooth, it might be hard for the sharpener blade to engage and start the sharpening process. Keep the eyeliner and the sharpener in a straight line; hold them firmly and twist the eyeliner clockwise. Once you sharpen the eyeliner for the first time, it's just like any other pencil. Hope this helps!
