Bring back the old formula, please!! I used the old formula in this color case in the Brown/black color for a gaziliion years and loved it!! Now it's been changed and is no way as good as the old one. It's watery and does not hold up as well as the old formula. Why mess with perfection? April 30, 2013

What happened to my color? I have used this mascara for years in the brown black color - I can't seem to find it anywhere! Please tell me you have not discontinued that color!! Already gave up on eyeliner and powder because NEW formulas were awful. April 17, 2013

CAP BREAKS! Please FIX I love this mascara but purchased 3 different times & the cap keeps cracking when you close product forcing me to super glue the cap so I don't waste the product. I thought it was me but I found other reviews on web about same thing. BAD DESIGN February 12, 2013

Viva La Marathon Why did cover girl delete the “marathon” it was the best waterproof mascara on the market. I tried the “all in one”, but it's not even a close second. The mind boggles as to why they would delete a superior product that no one could compete with. December 1, 2012

I tried this one too I've been trying to find something to replace Marathon Mascara for 3 years. This product may be water resistant, but it is not truly waterproof. It wore off too easy & smudged under my eyes like the rest. Would love to see you bring Marathon back!!! June 3, 2012

Doesn't Come Close Doesn't hold a candle to Marathon mascara. Flakes, runs and doesn't hold a curl. More money wasted on trying to find something to replace Marathon. I'm athletic and outdoorsy, so I really enjoyed Marathon's staying power. PLEASE bring it back! February 5, 2012

Dissapointing Marathon Waterproof was the ONLY one that ever worked well for me, & it would seem that others feel the same. I keep trying others with no success. I have oily eyelids, & watery eyes. This one left flakes and smears. Please bring back what we want! September 20, 2011

Clamp an eyelash curler on the roots of lashes and hold for five seconds. Repeat on the middle of lashes and again near the tips.
Place brush at lash line on top of lashes. In a slow, even motion, go from roots to tips. Then go over lash tips again, this time from underneath.
For added thickness, hold brush as close as possible to base of lashes, and wiggle it as you move it up through lashes. (This motion helps get every lash.) Let mascara dry for 10 seconds, then replace brush at lash base, and wiggle again as you move up the lashes.
