  1. HOW TO ENTER: The sweepstakes begins at 8:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on February 20, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 14, 2008 (the "Entry Period"). There are three ways to enter: (a) WEB Entry: Submit a web entry for free by visiting www.covergirl.com/antm and follow the on-screen entry instructions to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. Normal time rates, if any, charged by Internet service provider will apply. (b) SMS Entry: Submit an SMS Entry from your wireless phone and text message ANTM to 24475 with your entry. Standard carrier's messaging rates apply. Other charges may apply. (c)WAP Entry: Submit a WAP Entry by visiting wap.covergirl.com on the WAP or mobile internet browser on your wireless phone. Carrier-specific charges for WAP usage may apply, depending on your individual wireless pricing plan, in accordance with your wireless customer agreement. You are responsible for all costs and applicable taxes associated with placing a WAP entry. By submitting an entry, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM ET on May 14, 2008. Sweeps entries are only permitted on Wednesdays' from 8pm through Friday's 4pm. No purchase necessary.

    Entrants are limited to one (1) Sweepstakes Entry during the Eligibility Period, whether by SMS Entry, Web Entry, WAP Entry or any combination of SMS Entry, Web Entry and/or WAP Entry. No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for entry. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Delivery of Prize requires a street address (no P.O. Boxes) located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
  2. ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of The Procter & Gamble Distributing Internet agencies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where Company ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and advertising, promotion and prohibited by law. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address, or wireless phone number submitted at the time of entry (i.e., for emails, the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address).
  3. RANDOM DRAWING: GRAND PRIZE: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to this sweepstakes. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 15, 2008 from all eligible entries received as of the close of the Entry Period. Limit one prize per person. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by e-mail, standard mail and/or telephone, at Sponsor's discretion. If any potential winner cannot be reached by e-mail or telephone within three (3) days of initial attempt and/or fails to respond to any notification attempt within three (3) days, or if any attempted notification or prize delivery is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of attempted delivery of same. If the potential winner is a minor under the laws of his or her state of residency, prize will be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian, who will be required to complete the Affidavit/Release. Each Grand Prize winner's guest will also be required to execute and return an affidavit/release within five (5) days of attempted delivery of same to potential Grand Prize winner. Failure to complete and return any required affidavit or release within the specified time period will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.
  4. GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize, "The CoverGirl Meet the Model Sweepstakes" is a trip for the winner and one (1) guest (if the winner is under age 18, the guest must be the winner's parent or legal guardian). The Grand Prize consists of a meet & greet with the newest CoverGirl as the winner of America's Next Top Model, $500 spending money for the winner, and one (1) CoverGirl Gift Basket with an assortment of products from CoverGirl's cosmetic collection. In the event winner's residence is less than 100 miles from New York City, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its discretion, to substitute ground transportation. The winner and guest will also be provided with round trip coach class air or train transportation, standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for the winner and guest (room rate and taxes only) for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by the Sponsor, and ground transportation between the destination airport or train station and hotel. Trip itinerary and details will be determined solely by Sponsor. Prize winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary. If winner is not available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $3500. Exact value will depend on market conditions at time of prize fulfillment and where the winner resides. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of any prize that are not expressly listed in these Official Rules, including without limitation additional ground transportation, meals and gratuities, are the responsibility of the winner. The prize will be awarded if properly claimed. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of right to receive prize permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes on prize value, are the sole responsibility of winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Grand Prize winner.
  5. GENERAL RULES: All federal, state, provincial and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner, and Winner acknowledges that the value of the Prize may be considered taxable income. Sponsor will report the value of the Prize to the IRS as required by applicable laws or regulations. Participation in the Promotion and acceptance of the Prize constitutes Winner's (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) permission for Sponsor and its promotional partners and licensees to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by Winner regarding the Promotion or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, in any media now known or hereafter developed (including posting Winner's name on the Internet), except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her state of residence), Winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence), and guest, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, Procter & Gamble, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery.

    Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with the Promotion in any way shall be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical, human or other errors in these Official Rules, in the administration of the Promotion, in the announcement of the Prize, and/or in any advertising or other associated promotional materials in connection with the Promotion. US cell phone carriers: Verizon, Sprint, Cingular, Nextel, Alltel, T-Mobile, Dobson, Boost, Amp'd, AT&T, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Western Wireless, Cellular One, US Cellular, Virgin Mobile and/or each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees are not sponsors of this Promotion, and none of the above-listed entities will have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded.
  6. Disputes. Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and each hereby waives, all rights to claim punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages, and/or any other damages, including attorney's fees or other such related costs of pursuing a claim. The Promotion is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in New York, New York.

    In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address or wireless phone used to submit an entry. Sponsor may require any Successful Entry or Chosen Winner to provide Sponsor with proof that such party is the authorized account holder of the email address or wireless telephone. Any attempted form of entry into the Promotion, other than the entry methods stated, is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, electronic, network, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, errors in transmission, lost or unavailable network connections, telephone connections, wireless phone connections, web sites, WAP sites, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed transmissions which may limit or restrict an entrant's ability to enter the Promotion, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's phone, or other matter relating to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading any materials in the Promotion.

    Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Promotion should (in its sole discretion) any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion. In such case, Sponsor will randomly select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion and/or any associated web sites and/or WAP sites. Sponsor may void an entrant's Entries without refund and prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion (and future promotions) or winning the Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including but not limited to the use of automated entry programs, the use of automated entry devices, entry through multiple phone accounts owned by the same entrant or by participating in, or benefiting from, a syndicate, group or block entry process or system), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. Any entrant found to be violating these Official Rules may be prohibited from participating in current and future promotions, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.

    CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
